The owner is rude and does not know how to treat customers. If they can learn how to treat customers it might be worth a visit. For now, do not waste your time.

I would recommend MetroFresh to anyone looking for a great healthy restaurant for a good value. Their daily specials are awesome! The location is really convenient in Midtown right next to Piedmont Park!

I have loved MetroFresh Cafe since the doors opened. The food is always fresh. I love the fact that the menu is always changing, but with enough re-curring faves so as to remain familiar. The chef is adventurous without being offputting. The service is fast and friendly. On the latter: Unlike at so many restaurants, the staff at MetroFresh obviously like what they do, love food, love the customers and actually enjoy coming to work. A major plus for this fave-o-mine restaurant! Similarly, the Cafe and its staff are actively involved with the community, both in their outside interests and through direct participation with fundraisers and such. Fast, fresh, delicious, reasonably priced, friendly, all with a great vibe. All this and they cater too! MetroFresh is a rare and special place.

I can't believe it's taken me this long to put in a good word for this place. We've been here dozens of times and never walked away with anything but a smile on our face. The food here is reeeeeaaaallllllllllyyyyyyy good and as the name implies, very very fresh. The menu is always different; changes day to day. They seem to always have a good hearty sandwich, a couple of soups (don't overlook the split pea.....best I've ever had), a couple of salads, one or two cooked meats plus a few more items, not to mention sweets, all ready to pack up and take home or eat there. Oh yeah, the non-meat eaters will be in heaven. Now about eating there......hmmm.......it's clean and tidy, no question but it's a notch above a cafeteria which is a shame. No, I'm not trying to be super picky here, I just wish there was a wee tad more ambience so that lingering over a nice glass of wine (forgot to mention they serve wine) would be more enticing. Maybe they'd prefer you not linger. Don't know. I just like a hint of atmosphere with my food, particularly when it's this good. But enough about me. In conclusion....ahem.....the counter people are very nice and there's a healthy glow/enthusiasm to the place that makes you feel the same. Give this place a try. I guarantee you'll love it!
