Mission Statement
Through our healthy relationship series, this organization seek to confront issues affecting men and their family relationships. Our goal is to effectively provide programs that will promote building healthy relationships as well as addressing all aspects of violence against men, and other social issues that affect them.
It is also the Foundation's mission to implement projects to assist homeless men, placing them back into society, awarding educational scholarships to single working fathers, and create mentoring programs in entrepreneurship for young men in economically challenged areas.
The Foundation desire's through the medium of radio and television is to educate men, helping them to better equip themselves to challenge the overwhelming situations and responsibilities that confront them, bringing about solutions and resolutions to those that find themselves in compromising situations.
PROJECTS
THE SHANE GREENE C.R.Y. PROJECT
Creating Resources for Youth
Goal: To create three after school programs for elementary, middle, and highschool students design to engage the intellect, build character, encourage entrepreneurship, and create an appreciation for the performing arts.
Focus: To partner with local business owners to conduct small class-like seminars on topics aimed towards creating a small business. To partner with local theatrical companies to set up projects design to inspire young playwrights and thespians.
To share with parents, teachers and child care individuals, the importance of child safety, giving them the tools to better equip themselves and their children with the education to deal with stranger , accidents and medical emergencies.

FATHERHOOD PROJECT
To encourage young fathers to continue their education, while raising their child/children.
H.E.M.S. PROJECT
Helping Each Man Succeed
Goal: To create a yearly homeless program, which includes residential stay, seminars, counseling, and a co-op with area businesses design to get these men get back into society; providing for theselves and being productive citizens.
Focus: To assist able-minded men who are homeless and need a better organized system to help them transit from being homeless to becoming self-efficient.

HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP SEMINARS
Goal: To educate, inform, and create an outlet for men to express feelings, concerns, and issues that are dealt with on a consistant basis. To help strengthen the family unit as it involves the various relationships within the family structure.
Focus: To reach out to men from all walks; that are in need of support and those who are trying to sinply cope with the stressors of everyday life as a man, husband, father, or significant other.
